This vibrant blend brings together Bartlett and Anjou pears co-fermented with tart, tannic Hyslop crabapples. Wild yeast kicks off the ferment, which rests on the skins for one month before aging in neutral oak for six.

The result is bright and structured, with wild acidity, soft pear aromatics, and a hint of grip from the crabapple skins. A cider that feels alive - layered, raw, and ready for anything.
