A cider steeped in stone fruit and stillness.

Built on the backbone of English bittersweet cider apples grown in our Summerland orchard, this small-batch cider is wild-fermented with whole crushed apricots from our neighbours at Windrosa Farm. It’s aged on the fruit before resting in neutral oak for six quiet months.

The result is golden, textured, and gently tannic - with warm notes of dried apricot, soft oak, and an orchard breeze in late summer.

Unfiltered. Wild-fermented. A still cider meant for slow sipping and long evenings.
