A cider for the wild at heart.

This small-batch release begins in our Summerland orchard, where estate-grown cider apples - tart, tannic, and full of character - are harvested at peak ripeness. Fermented in-barrel using a mixed culture of lactobacillus and Brettanomyces from our friends at Luppolo Brewing in Vancouver, this cider leans into the wild side.

Barrel-aged on lees for six months, it carries a delicate funk, bright acidity, and layered texture that speaks to both place and process. Fruity, dry, and quietly complex - this is a cider that rewards slow sipping and curious palates.

Unfiltered. Wild-fermented. Made with apples we grow and pick ourselves.

May contain trace amounts of gluten.
