Lower than Angels Bottle 750ml

Cider with lift, edge, and a little wild grace.

Crafted from French bittersweet cider apples, this wild-fermented cider spent time on Gewürztraminer pomace from our neighbours at Pamplemousse Jus Natural Winery in Summerland. After a month of skin contact, it was finished in neutral oak for six quiet months.

The result is dry and textured, with floral aromatics, soft tannin, and the structure of a cider that flirts with natural wine. Layered and luminous, Lower than Angels is fruit, ferment, and something a little more ethereal.

Unfiltered. Wild-fermented. Made to wander.
