Made from estate-grown Bartlett and Anjou pears, fermented wild with delicate yeast cultures, and enriched with quince fruit from Kaleidoscope Fruit Ranch in Summerland. This cider is aged on the quince pomace before resting for six months in neutral oak barrels, lending subtle texture and depth.

The result is a dry, elegant cider with soft pear notes, gentle orchard spice, and a whisper of quince sweetness - a true taste of the Okanagan valley’s best fruit.
