Falling in Staves brings together organically farmed cider apples from our orchard and locally sourced Summerland apricots. Co-fermented for several weeks, the result is a bright, dry cider that captures the aroma and character of fresh apricots while maintaining the structure and acidity of traditional cider apples.

Expect notes of ripe apricot, stone fruit, and apple blossom, balanced by a crisp finish that keeps each sip refreshing and vibrant.
