Nom de Plume combines organically grown apples with Italian plums, creating a cider that balances orchard fruit, gentle tannin, and a rich plum character. Fermented dry and layered with depth, it opens with aromas of ripe stone fruit and dark plum before finishing crisp and refreshing.

Expect notes of plum skin, red fruit, and baked apple, supported by the subtle structure that comes from traditional cider apples.
