Early Summer Update

Wow. I feel like I put my head down in April and just looked up and it's July. Kids are out of school. Tourists are in town. Apples are already sizing up. Time feels like it's moving. Here’s what's been going on the farm since my last update:

We released a line of non-alcoholic cider/sodas! This was a project spearheaded by Jules with fun new branding direction. These are made on site with a low-sugar variety called Winesap and blended them with other local ingredients and cut with carbonated water. They are refreshing and surprisingly not sweet. We only made a small run in 355ml sleeks mostly for the tasting room.

We turned back the clock and made some of our fancy bottles! We had largely sunsetted the 750ml format over the last few years in favour of cans, but brought them back this year for the tasting room and cider club. These are our more experiential ciders, where we play around with co-fermenting and barrel aging and generally have fun.

Other notes, we are sold out of Nectarine cider for now until nectarines are ripe. New Rhubarb cans are next on the horizon.

That's it for this edition. I’ll try and get back on the regular updates.

Until next time,

Mike
